Geography
Physical Geography
The Braymen Plains are an area of broad flat lands in the north gradually becoming steep-sided hills to the south.
Political Geography
A couple of decades ago a large group of displaced braymen came over the Haedrasian border from the east and made their home in the nation of Deria. Within a matter of months more of the creatures had come and begun lairing in the natural cave systems around the southern hills of the land. By the end of the year the Derians were gone, and the braymen were living in their cities and hunting in what were their farmlands. The guilds sent the nation aid, but the more the Deria suffered the less they could afford, and by the time the guilds agreed that the braymen were a mutual enemy it was too late. Now the beastmen rule here, and their society is based around large hunting packs that brawl with one another over territory, and raid the lands of their neighbours with impunity.
Social Geography
The braymen here, like their cousins in the lands of old Iria, are not civilized. They are led by strong war-chiefs and shamanic mundu, and their lives are brutal and their nature warlike. Highly territorial, they have little respect for man or goblyn except as quarry. They have been known to take slaves, though they tire of them quickly.
