Governance Skill
A character with the Governance Skill is proficient in directing and co-ordination the activities of other people. The administrator is able to plan the activities of others and delegate to them in manner that will achieve some goal. Specifically this skill is useful for people who head up large organizations such as guilds or military orders, or even noble households, but the heads of town watches or a merchant with several employees will all find this skill useful.
