Leadership Skill
A character with the Command Skill is adept at issuing commands and instructions to other individuals with a reasonable expectation of being obeyed. He is able to adopt an authoritarian manner that allows him to deliver instructions clearly to another individual. This is most commonly used by kings and rulers, or by military commanders, but any kind of leadership role will benefit form the ability to deliver orders in a way that inspires obedience.
