Aulandor Rage's coronation is one of the most documented events in landsman history, and Aulandor Rage's Regalia was made to mark his supremacy over his new empire are described in a hundred sources on his coronation, as each played a key metaphorical role in this theatrical event. Rage's crown and cape, throne, reliquary, aspergillum and rod are all of the items used to symbolically usher in a new dynasty that Rage had intended to rule the world with in magnanimous wisdom.

The histories say that Rage appeared nude before his gathered guests at the rear of the hall of the Eternal Palace, his great red beard in lordly braids, where he was sprinked with the aspergillum from a cup containing a drop of blood from the king of each of his territories. Then he was wrapped in a cape made from the skin of the Zmaj Rovanum, and had it belted at his waist and shoulders before walking up the aisle towards the Trone of Haederas in front of which Rage's own throne had been placed before the simple seat of the earthly divhi. Here he sat and was handed his rod by a representative of the Mage Clans and a reliquary containing the skull of Imperator Haedrian by a Haedrasian emissary. Finally Rage rose and knelt and held aloft beautiful and majestic new crown that only he would ever wear, depicting the figure of a man rising out of searing flames with his arms spread above his brow, and heavily bejewelled and lined in the finest silks, whereupon everyone present came forward and kissed the crown before Rage rose and lowered it onto his own head.
