A character with the Stamina Skill has honed his body to withstand protracted demanding activity with fewer adverse effects, for longer before becoming exhausted. In short a character with the Stamina Skill may utilize it to modify his Constitution statistic above its initial level for the purpose of avoiding becoming fatigued during extended periods of physical activity.

Fast Healer: Sometimes the right combination of rest and exercise with expedite recovery from an injury extremely effectively, and there is no substitute for being able to intuit your own body's needs and limitations. Characters with this enhancement speciality find themselves able to recover more quickly from an injury, and even prove more resistant to its lasting effects.

Tirelessness: Characters with this counteracting speciality have conditioned themselves to perform past the scope of their natural endurance, and thus can take exhaustion more effectively in their stride. An excellent skill for runners, athletes, and anyone expected to undertake exhausting physical labour for long periods.

Vigour: Some individuals work hard to buttress their health, against illness, toxins, and other such ailments. Such individuals use this enhancement speciality when resisting diseases, poisons and the like.
