Strategy Skill
A character with the Strategy Skill has made a study of combat strategies on a large and small scale, the tactics skill involves an understanding that a battle is not just warriors running at one another brandishing weapons, and a good tactician understands that taking advantage of terrain, armament, manoeuvrability, psychology and a plethora of other factors can be used as weapons more deadly than any sword. Strategy might govern the battlefield or the skirmish - the principles are much the same, but a good strategist is not necessarily a good commander, and so many tacticians spend their time planning, pouring over maps and charts. A good strategist knows that the majority of the battle is won before the first drop of blood is spilled.
